There are 5 main ski slopes at Mietres ski area. Most of them have modern snow making machines and equipment. The ski slopes address mainly to beginning and intermediate skiers, that’s why here you’ll find ski instructors holding ski lessons. Sometimes, these ski slopes are used for competitions.

Mietres skilift station is located near Guargne swimming pool. From this point, you can reach Cortina d'Ampezzo by skibus. At Mietres you’ll find a special slope for sledges and bob-sledges. The Guargne chairlift climbs to the top of this sledge slope. You will find here sledge rental centers.

Mietres Skilifts and Cable cars

Guargne' Baby skilift transports skiers to Campo Scuola beginners slope.

Col Tondo-Mietres Chairlift is located near Uno and Due ski slopes (hard), and near Tre, Quattro and Cinque beginner slopes.

Guargne’-Col Tondo chairlift climbs to Cinque and Pista slittino ski slopes.

Mietres Mountain Huts

Rifugio Mietres Mountain Hut (1710 m) is located near the forest and looks towards the ski slope. The mountain hut has a huge terrace where one can enjoy a wonderful panorama. The mountain hut has a children playground as well.

The slopes at Mietres area are perfect for kids who love sledging and it’s the perfect ground to take them for ski lessons.

A special children skilift climbs along the Guargné slope. For very small kids, here you can find a Babypark.
